...that combines fun yoga, imaginative adventures, creative expression, and mindfulness techniques.

During the 4 weeks we will improve your childs physical health, emotional well-being, social skills, and self-confidence, all while preparing them with essential tools for a successful return to school or education in September.

What's Included:

- 4 weeks of fun yoga, calming meditation & engaging activities that will energise, relax, and ignite their creativity so they can flourish; with a certified yoga instructor and mom.

- Positive and patient child-led activities which will lead to positive change

- Yoga mats, printed materials, and fun worksheets provided

- Creative exploration with inspiring art and crafts projects with a talented artist focusing on a different theme each week.

Weekly Schedule

Each Week Will Include:

- Fun Yoga and Team building Games (1 hour)

- Visualisation Meditation through Storytelling (30 min)

- Snack and Social Time (30 min)

- Body Awareness & Relaxation (10 min)

Week 1

Lets Go To The Moon

Get ready for an exciting cosmic adventure as we embark on a journey to the moon during the first week of our Kids Yoga Summer Camp! This theme is designed to spark the children's imagination, promote teamwork, and introduce them to the world of yoga and mindfulness in a fun and engaging way. They will prepare for a space mission & journey to the moon through interactive games, encountering space creatures, and exploring lunar landscapes. The Children will unleash their creativity and embark on a crafting mission to build their very own rockets, using recycled materials and colourful art supplies, they'll design and assemble rockets that will transport them to the moon and beyond.

Week 2

The Magic Garden of My Imagination

Welcome to the enchanting "Magic Garden of My Imagination," where our Kids Yoga Summer Camp adventurers will discover a world of wonder, creativity, and mindfulness. We'll take the children on a captivating journey to a magical garden where they'll explore the power of their imaginations and learn to express their dreams and aspirations. mmerse themselves in a world of fantastical flora and fauna. They'll encounter talking animals, sparkling flowers, and flying fairies, all while learning to embrace their imagination's boundless possibilities. and finally weave their very own dream catchers, learning about the significance of mindfulness in understanding and nurturing their aspirations.

Week 3

The Kaleidoscope of Feelings

Welcome to "The Kaleidoscope of Feelings" week, where our Kids Yoga Summer Camp adventurers will embark on a colorful journey to explore the kaleidoscope of emotions within themselves and others. During this week, we'll help the children cultivate emotional intelligence, empathy, and a deeper understanding of their feelings through engaging activities and creative expression. The children will learn to express different feelings through movement, facial expressions, and gestures. These activities will create a safe and open environment for the kids to explore their emotions. The children will craft their own "Emotion Boxes." These special boxes will serve as personal containers to store their feelings, thoughts, and experiences.

Week 4

Discovering Me

Welcome to "Discovering Me" week, a time of self-exploration and empowerment at our Kids Yoga Summer Camp. We'll focus on fostering self-awareness, self-expression, and celebrating each child's unique qualities through a series of engaging activities and then creative self-portraits. Their self-portraits will act as a reminder of their uniqueness and the joy of embracing who they truly are. Empowered with a sense of self-awareness and acceptance, they'll continue their path of self-discovery and confidently shine as their true selves in the world.

We can't wait to witness the radiant and authentic expressions of our little discoverers!

Every Sunday of each week we will send you a full breakdown of the upcoming session, what your child will be doing, and what they need to wear or bring along.
